We strive to ensure you are satisfied with every order. Due to the nature of our wellness and mushroom-based products, returns are generally not accepted.

However, we offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your package was never delivered (confirmed via tracking)

To request a resolution, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [support@buymushroomsonline.ca] with your order number and a photo if applicable.

All refund decisions are at our discretion. We do not refund shipping fees or accept returns on opened products.
